  If there was a 0 star option or negative star that is the review I would give them. This place seems to have no sense of urgency. They take FOREVER for prescriptions to be filled. Every time I have gone in calling prior to make sure the medication is done I still have to wait for it at least 30 minutes. 5+ employees and yet nothing gets done in a timely matter. Last time I was in to pick up prescriptions I ended up calling my doctor while I was there to send the medication to the Raley's pharmacy instead and within 5 minutes received a call that the medication was ready to go. I honestly do not know what takes so long but obviously sense of urgency and customer experience is not something they strive for. So if you are wanting to take care of your loved ones with getting timely medication I would highly recommend going anywhere but here unless you have nothing to do with your life and want to waste an hour minimum waiting while they employees just do nothing.
