- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 20, 2019, by Ashley BaerI stumbled upon this place by accident walking through Oroville after dinner on the night of the town's Christmas tree lighting. I'm glad I came on that night because it seems to normally close at 5pm on a Friday night or something obscenely early, and I had fun walking through the cute shop. It sells mostly nicer, pseudo-upscale kitchen gear and gadgets as well as spices and hot sauces, but it also sells other smaller gifts. There were some hand-crafted soaps that smelled beautiful, decorative class jelly fish that would make lovely gifts for ocean fans, mugs, ornaments, greeting cards, and other non-kitchen gifts. Really a cute place. Just wish it stayed open a little later.
