The lady at the counter gave me a ripped dollar bill as change and wouldn't exchange it for a whole bill saying it was an invalid dollar! (lotto machine wouldn't take it) SHE'S THE ONE WHO GAVE IT TO ME!!! How ignorant can you be?! Just as bad, I explained the situation to the other lady working and she agreed that the dollar was "invalid." REALLY??!!
